Completed treatment through these guys and had a lot of self progress with them. They have a great treatment environment and support system. I would recommend them to anybody who is willing to put in the work for their recovery

This was my first time at a in patient center and overall my time spent there was decent. While i would recommend some adjustments to the way they do things, mainly just their interactions with clients. I did learn and take things away from my treatment that will definitely help me in recovery. If you go here put full effort into it and you will walk away better.

Steps recovery is amazing! I have been to quite a few in my day and Steps is the best! The therapists and staff members have always had my best interest at heart. They are all so kind and loving! They always seem to give you a chance to make things right if you slip up, but also don’t mess around when it comes to your recovery and the safety of others. If anyone is in need of help with their addiction, I would strongly recommend giving Steps a call

This was my first in-patient rehab so I don't really have anything to compare it too, but I feel like my overall experience here was good. I enjoyed the different activities we got to do, and I met some pretty amazing and genuine people. I feel that both the therapists and staff were caring and met my needs.

Steps is a great 12-step treatment program that will push you to your limit and challenge you to be a hard working, stand up, sober man or woman. Not to say its the kind of program that is going to fix you, but it absolutely will give you the tools necessary to work on your recovery daily. i am a client with steps recovery and i am very happy to say i am thankful for how steps has helped me become a better person and a happily sober individual.

i came to steps with a a lot of trauma and lack of self love it was so intensified that i would run from anything coming my direction but now today i can forgive myself and love myself and even run towards something come at me if it wasn't for steps i wouldn't been able to do all of this i am grateful and recommend this center to any addicts or anyone who needs help my counselor was the best and my case manager they all took great care and treated us like a person not just some addict. its definitely family based :) 100% satisfaction.

Steps has been life changing. the staff really care about all the clients and put their heart into helping them develop the tools needed to maintain sobriety and live a life free from drugs and alcohol. The food is absolutely amazing which we have Tyler Pino to thank for as well as his help to the group as well as individual clients. The case managers go above and beyond to help guide their clients along the path of recovery and meet their individual needs every step of the way. Rec therapy is AMAZING. In Rec, you have the opportunity to try new things and do many fun activities and go to some really cool places that you may have never been or thought you could do. I am 60 days sober today and I will 100% recommend Steps Recovery Center to anyone who has a desire to recover and live a healthy life in sobriety and maybe even find peace with themselves like I was able to.

My Experience At Steps was great for me personally. The Therapists helped me whenever i needed it. Also the rec team was amazing they open my eyes to a whole new world. The world that i forgot about. It Got me back out and being active. But also me personally i feel they push meetings on us just a little to much. Also not a lot of free time. The Case Managers are amazing and have helped me whenever i needed it as well. Im very great full for them taking me to my court dates ect. overall I would recommend people to steps and going to.

The hospitality, creativity, and professionalism of Steps is unrivaled. Every detail of their program is thought out to a T for recovery while preparing you for society once again. The environment feels as safe as can be and it is truly life-changing.

I've been in utah county my entire life so i feel proud to say that i went to steps in payson and it exceeded my expectations from the recreational therapy to the always awesome staff that work there.I can gladly say i would encourage anyone that has a substance abuse problem seeking help to consider steps as the first option. You will not only start a new life for yourself but the staff and therapists help you start new behaviors and continued progress and success in your life.

I had an amazing time here. The clinical staff is amazing. When my therapist had days off I was completely comfortable going to any other therapist that was available. Great balance in process group, rec therapy, step work, etc.

Hello my name is Karyssa and I have recently just graduated from Steps Recovery in Payson. My time here was greatly appreciated. The staff was amazing and I could tell from my very first day that they had as much belief in the program as I now have! From every interaction with them anyone could feel and tell by the sound of their voices just how much they truly cared about each and every clients recovery. Some of the therapists are in recovery themselves and I found it very easy to connect with them on an emotional level. I have so much respect and appreciation for this program and thank steps for their part in my recovery, steps will forever remain in my prayers.

This program is awesome. They give you the skills to stay sober, and humble. I would recommend this Steps program to anyone who wants to get sober.

I'd been to other recovery centers before but this one was the best, it stuck because I was willing to do the work, and with the help I received from staff I am now celebrating a year of sobriety in a couple of days.

Steps Recovery was a very positive learning experience for me. I was very impressed with the high level of care and expertise I was constantly surrounded with. I had a very beneficial time at Steps Recovery. I was suffering from suicidal idealizations and with my addiction. Because of Steps and the work that I did there, I now have more self confidence and I feel that I know myself better. The clinical team was very helpful and encouraging while stretching me in new ways. All of the staff were willing to help me and encourage me in my recovery. I feel like a completely different person from when I first entered treatment.

I turned 60 years old , was an addict and going nowhere fast. I was apprehensive that there wasn't any "rehab" that could help me. To boot, I am just recovering from a broken back and neck. I will be honest, it took a couple of weeks before I was comfortable. The in-house Doctor helped me so much. I couldn't participate in most activities, but I made friends that I will have the rest of my life. I found that behind all of the faces that are affected by addiction, those addicts are basically good people. It was fairly expensive, but the alternative is misery and death.

If you are serious about your recovery & genuinely wanting to change your life, Steps offers all the tools necessary to do so. This is a group oriented program that fit very well for me. From the ropes course to recreational therapy to the wonderful people at equine, I was always surprised how much I got out of each group. Going to the gym everyday was extremely therapeutic as well. I have formed relationships that will last me a lifetime with both other clients and with staff, who really care btw. This was my first treatment program and I plan on it being my last, especially with the great aftercare plan I have in place.

I was a client at Steps Recovery Center in Payson for 90 days. Steps is amazing compared to the other treatment centers I've been to. The program is rigorous and challenging but I wouldn't have asked for anything else. When it comes to my sobriety, Steps is exactly what I needed. The clinical team is very professional and takes a great interest in client's health and well being. The tech staff is awesome and are always encouraging and supportive of client's progress toward sobriety. One of my favorite things about Steps is the Recreational Therapy program which adds a lot of fun to the recovery process. I have gained a lot of respect and admiration for all the staff at Steps and for the great things that Steps does for anyone who is willing to follow the program. I would highly recommend this treatment facility for anyone who is serious about recovery.

I attended Steps Recovery for 90 days and was able to participate in all that the program has to offer. I have struggled with addiction for nearly 7 years now, and I finally had gotten to the point where I was willing to accept help from professionals. I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for this program and all the staff members for helping me during such a vulnerable time of my life. It was my first experience in rehab, and it was amazing how doing all the things that are suggested within this program were able to help me learn so much about myself. There is a TON of learning that goes on in regards to addiction in general as far as how it works inside your brain, thinking errors, and they teach you so many different coping skills to help you to not relapse. But what I consider to be the most valuable thing that I have taken away from my experience was the ability to look inside myself and realize things that I needed to fix. I was only able to do this through the help of counselors. They truly do care about everyone there and help you work through the main underlying issues that keep you in your addiction. I will forever be grateful for all of the learning that took place for me in this program.

Steps helped me and my alcohol addiction... I recommend this place to anyone with an addiction they want to get rid of. This is a very comfortable place, which I recommend to anyone and everyone with addictions.
